Who We Are

DVLS serves indigent residents throughout the State of Delaware by providing quality, pro bono legal services. We try to ensure that those individuals without financial resources will receive the same access to justice in civil matters as other litigants.

We contract with a Spanish interpreter, and can arrange interpreters for other languages as needed.
